The product itself looks fine and pretty much what I expected, but the shipping details were kind of confusing. I wasn’t totally sure what was happening with my order, and I don’t have a ton of trust that customer service would’ve been much help if I needed to chase it down

I was disappointed with how the print turned out. It was blurry, the colors looked dull, and a few parts seemed faded or just not clean at all. They make it sound like the quality is going to be great, but the promises are vague and don’t really match what I got. For the price, I expected something much sharper and more professional. I don’t think I’d order printed items from them again.

The staff were nice and, like, they did seem to be trying to help me with my questions, which I really appreciated. It just, you know, took a bit longer than I expected to actually get clear answers. Overall it was an okay experience, not bad or anything, but it could probably be a little smoother.

I ordered because the site said the item was available, but after I placed the order, it turned out it wasn’t actually in stock. On top of that, the reminders were way too aggressive, which got annoying fast. Not a great experience.

"Wish the wait time was clearer"
When I placed my order, the lead time wasn’t really clear at all. I only found out afterward that it was going to take longer than I expected, which was frustrating. Like, just show the wait time before checkout so people can decide. Anyway, the whole thing felt a bit annoying, and I probably wouldn’t have ordered if I’d known upfront.

I reached out and expected at least some kind of reply, but I never heard anything back. It’s really frustrating when you’re just looking for help and feel completely ignored. It left me disappointed and unsure if they even care about their customers.

I thought this was going to be a bright blue like in the pictures, but the one I got looked more dull gray than anything. Maybe it’s the lighting or maybe mine was just off, but either way it didn’t look like what I expected.

"Frustrating help when my order went wrong"
I had a problem with my order and trying to get it sorted out was way more frustrating than it should’ve been. I emailed them, waited days between replies, and half the time the answers didn’t even match what the last person had told me.
It felt like I was getting passed around with everyone giving different explanations, but nobody actually fixing the issue. Maybe other people have had better luck, but my experience with their support was poor and just annoying.

I’m not totally sure if it was just my question or what, but I had to ask the same thing twice and the replies still felt a bit vague. The order itself turned out fine, so no real issue there, but I do think the communication could be clearer.

"Delivery was slower than I expected"
The delivery took a lot longer than I was expecting, and the tracking updates weren’t very helpful along the way. If I didn’t need it by a certain date, it might not have bothered me as much, but based on the timing, I probably wouldn’t order again for anything time-sensitive.

"Poor packaging and a couple of broken plates"
I was disappointed when this arrived because the box barely had any padding inside. The dishes were kind of just sitting there without much protection, so it wasn’t that surprising when I found two of the plates had chips on them. I get that shipping can be rough sometimes, but with fragile items like plates, I really expected more bubble wrap, paper, or something to keep them from moving around. I contacted customer service about it, and while they did eventually respond, it took longer than I would’ve liked. Overall, the dishes might have been fine if they were packed better, but the whole experience was frustrating.

"Shipping was way too hit or miss"
Shipping just wasn’t reliable for me. The tracking barely updated, and my box showed up days later than it was supposed to. Customer service was okay when I reached out, but it was still frustrating. If this keeps happening, I’ll probably start ordering from somewhere else.
"Poor craftsmanship, DIDN’T last"
I was disappointed with this. It broke way faster than I expected, and the craftsmanship just doesn’t feel good at all. Definitely NOT something I’d buy again.

I was hoping to find a few dinnerware pieces, but there just wasn’t much to pick from. A lot of the items I had in mind weren’t available, and the stuff they did have felt kind of "limited." It might be okay if you’re looking for one very specific thing, but if you’re just browsing, it’s a bit "disappointing."

I tried to just buy a few plates, but once again the minimum order was way higher than I expected. It’s frustrating because this keeps being an issue, and it just doesn’t work for small buyers like me.

"Tracking worked, but it dragged a bit"
The order did have tracking updates, so that was nice, but they were slow and sometimes a little confusing. I’d check it and not really know if anything had actually changed. The package showed up in decent condition, which I’m happy about, but it took longer than I thought it would. It wasn’t a bad experience or anything, but it also wasn’t exactly smooth. I guess 3 stars is about right.

"Gave Them a Second Chance, Still Disappointed"
I ordered from them twice because I figured maybe the first time was just bad luck, but it wasn’t. Shipping was slow again, and the plates showed up chipped again. I know things happen, but at that point it’s hard to pretend it’s not a pattern. I reached out to support and they really weren’t helpful, so no, I don’t think I’m being unreasonable here. I won’t be ordering from them again.

"Checkout was honestly a hassle"
I tried placing an order, but the checkout process was all over the place. The pages were loading really slowly, my payment didn’t seem like it went through properly, and I couldn’t even tell if the order had actually been placed. After dealing with it for a while, I just gave up. Personally, I thought the whole experience was frustrating and not worth the effort.
